Why do you use 7-Zip?
You may have noticed that a lot of our files have the .7z file extension. This is because we compress all our files using 7-Zip. For the Mac, try the Posix version.
During testing we got between 30% and a massive 64% better compression ratio meaning that you my dear save a lot of time; spend much better elsewhere!
