BUYING A PRODUCT
1. How Do I Begin Buying Resell Rights Products?
You’ve come to the right place for purchasing private label rights (PLR) and resell rights products. With thousands of items across various niches, a great way to start is by using our search bar (top right) or dropdown menus to explore products that interest you. Review each product’s license type to ensure it aligns with your intended use—whether for rebranding, resale, or personal use. For more on licenses, see the next question.
2. What Are Product Licenses and License Types?
Each product includes a specific license that outlines what you’re allowed to do with it. You’ll find these terms under “Distribution Rights and License Terms” in the product description. License types include:

3. What Do These Rights Allow Me To Do?

PLR: Rebrand, edit, and resell. You can claim authorship.

MRR: Sell the product and allow your customers to resell it too.

RR: Sell the product, but your customers cannot resell it.

PU: Use personally only. No resale rights.
4. Do I Need An Account To Buy A Product?
Yes, creating an account is required but easy. Click “Login / Register” (top right). Your account lets you access all current and past orders, print invoices, and receive customer support.
5. How Do I Apply A Discount Coupon Code?
On the Shopping Cart page, below your total, enter your coupon in the “Apply Coupon” box and click “Go”. If successful, your discount will show under the subtotal. If not, double-check the code for accuracy or expiration.
6. Is There a Membership Program?
No, we only sell individual downloadable digital products—no subscriptions or memberships.
7. Can I List These Products On Amazon, eBay, or Similar Platforms?
While many PLR and resale products permit third-party sales, approval depends on each platform’s policies. We cannot guarantee acceptance. You can improve your chances by customizing the product—renaming it, creating new covers, and adding unique content.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
1. What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and more. For help with payments, contact us through our Contact Form.
2. What If I Was Charged But Didn’t Receive My Product?

Log Into Your Account: You may find the download link under your orders.
If no order is listed, the payment likely failed. Some banks reject payments when the billing info doesn’t match. Also, certain countries may experience issues with gift cards. Try another payment method, like PayPal.
Pending Payment Showing But No Order?
This typically means your bank approved the payment, but our processor rejected it due to verification issues. In this case, no payment is completed on our end, and your bank will eventually reverse the charge—this can take a few days or longer, depending on your country or bank.
3. What If My Payment Is Rejected?
If your payment fails, try again with the same or a different method (e.g., switch from credit card to PayPal). Rejections often occur due to mismatched billing info or issues with certain cards in specific regions. Refer to the section above for more details on pending charges.
DOWNLOADING YOUR ORDER
1. How Do I Download My Purchased Products?
After payment, you’ll be returned to our store and also receive an email with download links. You can also access products through your account:

2. Can I Download My Orders Again Later?
Yes, you can log into your account at any time to download past purchases and view invoices.
3. How Do I Open ZIP or 7Z Product Files?

ZIP files: Most systems can unzip these natively. If not, free tools like WinZip (winzip.com) are available.

7Z files: Use 7-Zip (7-zip.org) or a similar program to extract these files.
4. Are Your Products Safe From Viruses and Malware?
Absolutely. We scan all files using Norton Antivirus and Malwarebytes before they are made available. Occasionally, antivirus software may flag files incorrectly (a “false positive”). If that happens, try scanning with a different program.

2. How Do I Contact Support for Other Questions?
Use the same Contact Form for any site-related inquiries, and we’ll reply within 24 hours.
3. What Is Your Refund Policy?
Because our products are digital downloads, we don’t issue refunds unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered. If you qualify, contact us within 7 days of your purchase via the Contact Form. Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours to your original payment method.
